As well exposed a full line of various equipment being an OE Dealership for over 22 Brands of equipment to the WV Region. .   • Staff, train, and develop warehouse, shop and service personnel. Evaluate performances. Recommended appropriate recognitions and rewards.
  • Oversee direct reporting daily activities for Service/PM Fleet Coordinators & Shop/Service Supervisors for efficiencies and accuracy.
  • Routine meetings with customer base on scheduled follow up appointments for Field Parts & Service Sales Rep to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on Parts/Quotes/Service & Service Contract Agreement Invoicing, Labor Analysis, PSSR Reporting Service/Parts Sales, malfunctions, B/O totals, AR over 60-90/days accounts, P&L review for invoicing and payroll purposes.
  • Reviewing parts inventory turns, fill rates, stock orders and service history files to maximize inventory stocking points.
  • Evaluate service center performance to initiate improvements when/where needed toward overall company profit objective.
  • Accountable for administering area of authority with intensity, consistency, good judgment, and common sense. Delegating this authority to subordinates by teaching them the rules of good management practices without pressure of micro-managing.
