In these 7 facilities my duties also included maintenance repaire.

Electrical, Carpentry, Painting and gardening work.

I maintained inventory supplies and ordering of each site.

I would meet with outside vendors and also assist in contract negotiations with potential vendors under The supervision of The Facility

• Cleaned bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, countertops, mirrors, and floors.
• Swept and mopped floors, vacuumed carpets, and dusted surfaces. These were also my duties also.
• My position was outsourced.

My job title remind Resident Cleaner for Pueblo del rio Housing Authorities.

2014 to present I was promoted To Building Repair.

Duties included maintenance repaire of vacant units. It includes Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing and appliances repairs.

Duties also applies to completing work orders of maintenance repaire tickets.

Keeping inventory of supplies and ordering supplies we're included.
