Alum of the Leader in Education Apprentice Program (LEAP), Manhattan cohort, 2023. LEAP is a competency-based graduate program that prepares teacher leaders to become assistant principals and principals in NYC public schools. The LEAP curriculum is grounded in national leadership frameworks, and the Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric (MPPR).
