My role as a DSP at Sevita were to assist every individual become more independent. As well as help make every individual feel wanted despite their disability(ies). Also, make sure they are in safe environments to meet their full potential. Some of my responsibilities were to also give medication, cook, do activities with them, take them to their appointments and assist with anything else they made need assistance with! (etc.)

• Provided compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assisted clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene needs.
• Developed and maintained positive relationships with clients and families.

• Always on, Never no! Also, to get to every customer and exceed expectations
• Arranged new merchandise with signage and appealing displays to encourage customer sales and move overstock
• Worked with fellow sales team members to achieve group targets

• Greeted customers to determine wants or needs
• Managed multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Handled incoming calls from customers regarding orders or other inquiries
• Prepared food to service staff for prompt delivery to customers or pick up
