As a customer service desk assciate. i answered the incoming call into the store. I also had to check people out and make returns. I also opened new accounts and posted payments on account for customers. i have also verified and located merchandise and special order merchandise for customers.
I started out as a cashier in outside garden. After some time i became a head cashier , and went on to work returns. Soon after that i went over to the service desk. I also was able to learn jobs in other depts also.
