For the past Eight years as the Worship Pastor at Fusion, I have passionately dedicated myself to empowering people to their fullest potential. The Bible guides us in preparing the saints for the work of the ministry, and I take this responsibility to heart by making my mission to recruit, train and lead people with purpose and intention to serve our community.
Successfully enhanced congregational participation by introducing diverse musical styles and multimedia elements, fostering a more engaging worship experience. Collaborated effectively with pastoral staff to align services with sermon themes, ensuring meaningful worship for all members.
When me and my family moved from Haiti to the US, I embrace me the role of Worship leader at Word Alive Church. Although I had valuable experience leading worship at Mission of Hope, I knew I had so much more to learn in this new environment. Navigating a different culture and connecting with diverse individuals. I dedicated myself to building relationships and sharing my testimony about the incredible work of God in my life. And how blessed I was become part of their vibrant community.
But my journey wasn’t stop there, I was passionate about recruiting, training and empowering others to step into their God-giving purpose. Together, we have create a dynamic praise team so large that we had to rotate new faces every Sunday, allowing everyone to use their gifts for the Lord.
A few years after mission of Hope church was established, I had the incredible opportunity to lead worship there. This church was born from the dedication of a group of American who traveled to Haiti igniting a spiritual revival that would change to community forever.
My role as a worship leader during these revival services was more than just a job, but it was a calling. I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of these services. Many came to know Christ and from this Spiritual awakening, a new church emerged. Initially I didn’t know much about the American language worship styles, but I was fortunate to receive mentorship from the mission’s president wife. This invaluable guidance helped me grow into a full time worship leader
I begin my worship career leading for an organization name Mission of Hope in Haiti and and moved to the United States about 11 years ago. I was worship Pastor at word alive church and Lawton for 3 years and then move to Durant to become their worship Pastor for 8 years now.
