With guidance from standing orders and operating procedures, obtain and evaluate health history to determine suitability for donation. Perform and document donor physical exam, collect screening data such as vital signs, hematocrit, total protein and lab samples required for donation. Administer immunizations. Counsel donors on abnormal test results, evaluate and treat donor for reactions to Plasmapheresis.

Screen donors for medical suitability, perform phlebotomy for the purpose of plasmapheresis,  manage donor reactions, and process donations and samples in laboratory. Maintain donor flow, while ensuring the production of quality plasma products with strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Train all new employees on Standard Operating Procedures, and manage trainings for all active employees, as well as updates to standard operating procedures. Design and develop new training programs. Prepare for regulatory audits by routinely observing tasks to ensure proper understanding and adherence to operating procedures.
