Assistant Regional Administrator

  • Responsible for 6 units that consist of 6 supervisors and 5 CSW’s and sharing in one commonality, child safety
  • I direct and evaluate the work of the staff in the office for Emergency Response referrals
  • I ensure staff are following The Oversight and ER escalation plan and that all supervisors can safely close referrals within 30 days ensuring families self-sufficiency and community supports, conduct weekly consultations on referrals, discussing any barriers to close or a referral that needs court intervention or open a volunteer case
  • I review detention reports and Investigative Narratives that meet the criteria for ARA review
  • I Coach and Mentor my staff while engaging them on case issues
  • If a referral does not meet the criteria for abuse or neglect, I have the authority to Evaluate out a referral and if a referral needs to be an immediate, I have the authority to upgrade from a 5 day response to an immediate response
