  • Executive Administrative Assistant, to the Vice President of Advancement, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, Alumni and Foundation.
  • I document and prepare minutes for PHSC Foundation and Executive Committee meetings, organize appointments, handle messages, and greet visitors. I maintain a comprehensive filing system, mailing lists, and donor records. Additionally, I record gifts, prepare acknowledgment letters, and process reports from the Foundation’s database.
  • I handle cash and check deposits, record them in Financial Edge, and assist with special events, direct mail, and other mailings. My responsibilities extend to processing purchase orders, check requests, credit/p-card charges, maintaining an inventory of supplies, and preparing bank deposits. I oversee the processing and ordering of plaques and awards for board members and others as required.
  • Completing travel, reimbursement, leave, and other required forms for processing within the College system is also part of my role, as well as providing coverage for the President’s Assistant as needed. I monitor and supervise student worker(s) and validate timesheets, and in the Office of Advancement and Innovation, I schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, keep up spreadsheets for multiple projects and legislative updates, and handle HR updates. Additionally, I manage communication interdepartmentally, group communications, and correspondence.
  • In my previous role as an Admissions Specialist June 2022 - 2023, I worked in a secure area assisting students, the public, faculty, and staff with all aspects of the admissions process to the college, including application requirements, processing applications, and maintaining student records. I also communicated closely with Student Financial Aid, Foundation Scholarships, Advising, and Faculty.
