Skilled observer and listener to the smallest detail, always able to note down and adapt to any given work environment including new social environments. Experienced working alone and finding the most efficient ways to get the job done. Always able to find the fastest and most efficient way to split work and balance it equally in a teamwork base environment or finding a way to bring it together where it benefits the team and the company. While woking in my current job I have been able to work and refine my social abilities such as, working in a team, and multitasking. I am able to balance and split my time equally by helping newer coworkers while also assuring my own work is being efficiently done, and that the quality of the product is not being affected the more responsibilities that are put on my plate. A line operator has to be able to have a keen eye to production quality and safety of any equipment and machinery used, I was trained and now do the training myself for those skillsets. Spanish is my primary language and have always been fluent in it, since very young I became fluent in English as well. Currently exploring options for a third language while also exploring different sets of vocabulary for both fluent languages such as medical, financial, and machinery. A fast adapter and learner as previously said, I find the importance and efficiency in learning new skillsets and strive to always learn something new to the best of my abilities.
