My duties included:

• Project planning that included project schedules, scope delineation, resources allocation, etc.
• Worked closely with internal and external teams to improve project processes and implemented changes site wide.
• Lead weekly workshop to review blueprints, scope changes, materials delivery, safety compliance.
• Identify and respond to risk and potential blockers in timely manner and provide solutions to stakeholders.
• Participated in weekly team syncs with cross functional partners to drive big picture goal and meet target milestones.

• Create and update facility floor plans using Bluebeam and CAD
• Update space, power and cross connect databases
• Creation of design packages for installations of ladder rack, fiber raceway, cable ties, power, and grounding
• Created pathway plans for OSP and ISP trunks
• Preparation of project bill of materials for all projects

My duties included.

• Surveyed new and existing site for project requirements.
• Creation of design packages for space and connectivity assignments.
• Creation of Work orders to instruct and to track installation projects and sub-Contractor's work.
• Update design packed with redlines.
• Weekly workshop with other cross functional partners to ensure design and scope of work are meeting customer expectations.

• Managed 12+ technicians, responsible for pulling, dressing, and testing of all OSP/ISP cabling for multiple projects across Northern Virginia for multiple stakeholders
• Collaborated simultaneously with other functional partners to install and fabricate network infrastructure to meet clients’ needs and aggressive schedule
• Oversaw teams responsible for complete built out of: Telephone Rooms, Network closets using constructions blueprints, TC drawings and Plan-Grid

My duties include:

• Streamlining installation standards playbook to deliver projects on time in overly active construction areas.
• Installed network switches and devices such as Juniper, Cisco, Arista.
• Troubleshoot layer one issues.
• Keep n inventory of fiber and copper jumpers, optics on hand.
• Submit orders for material.
• Ensure team are fallowing safety rules and standards.
