I tried to offer the best service while helping members with any issues on their accounts. I assist members with online banking and mobile applications, so they can set them up. I help members with conflicts and challenging situations by staying calm to solve the problem. I make sure to leave notes in members' profiles to ensure that if the member calls back, there is information to guide the next person who works on the account. I always help members to the best of my knowledge, and if I do not have the answer, I call other departments for answers. I do loan referrals and have achieved my goal last year, and I have done the same for the first six months. Most of my surveys from members always have great feedback.
