I have been working at Russell Stovers going on 9 years. The experience I gained ranges from making Candy to train and to give my knowledge to other new Employees. I learned about quality and how to handle different food allergen's in a safe way without cross contamination. Managing 5s in different areas of the kitchen. I'm eager to grow into a new position with new challenge's and goals. I'm seeking a challenging new role with room for advancement. I have excellent people skills and learned how to communicate with different personalities in different situations. The skills I have acquired during my years of employment in production operation i can use in a new position. I've been handling quality issues in a food manufacturing plant. I'm eager to start a new chapter and new career path. Working as a kitchen lead I have been dealing with cross contamination, foreign materials and different allergen's on a daily basis. Driven to improve product quality in manufacturing environments. Eager to help manufacturers eliminate production errors and increase successful manufacturing figures.
