As a certified ATA member and passionate freelance translator, I specialize in providing accurate and culturally nuanced Portuguese language services. With a deep understanding of cultural differences, I bridge communication gaps to ensure clarity and productivity in every translation. Whether working online or in-person, I adapt seamlessly to diverse schedules and geographical locations, always maintaining an empathic, mindful approach to avoid potential conflicts or misunderstandings.

In addition to my linguistic expertise, I am proficient with a range of translation tools and software, including CAT tools(Computer-Assisted Translation), SDL Trados, MemoQ, and Wordfast, among others. My tech skills also extend to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and document formatting, allowing me to deliver high-quality translations efficiently and in the required format.

Outside of my translation work, I am an active member of my yoga community, which helps me maintain a mindful and balanced approach to my work and life. I also have a strong commitment to social responsibility and have volunteered with New York Cares for over nine years during my time in the city.

When I'm not translating or volunteering, I'm likely to be found with my nose in a book at a museum—I'm a voracious reader and always enjoy exploring new ideas and perspectives through literature and art.
