Summary

In my humble opinion and in concert with what and whom I believe to be the best and

non-deferential spokespersons in evaluating the character and personality of any one man in the midst of his endeavors, I would like to list the individuals whom I've met and known over the years whom have had a lengthy and close association with me and how I conduct myself in the business space.

They are:

Ms. Julie T. Brown, Esq.

Carnahan Evans, P.C.

2805 S. Ingram Mill Road

Springfield, MO 65804

(417)447-4400

Mr. Christopher P. Boyd

Tumblestone Enterprises

CCB #131339

P.O. Box 525

Gleneden Beach, OR 97388

(541) 921-1725

Mr. Bruce D. Polvi

Lincoln City Sporting Goods

800 SE Highway 101

Lincoln City, OR 97367

(541) 994-4747

My imprimatur as a philosophical tenet to what I think makes the best business folk into good friends and reliable human beings is a direct byproduct of how you treat and share with them a spirit of congenial and honorable enterprise that will generate a sincere and well-intended effort to provide the very best in service and product that they will want to come back for more. There really isn't a much greater feeling than to have an old customer contact you and, in relating the quality of the experience and the work done, ask if you might look at a proposal or provide a quote on his next job.

As much as I know that those guidelines are a good start, the final maxim in today's business world should be..."Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You...".

Work History

Sales & Service Engineer

The Electronic Superstore / RadioShack
04.1997 - 09.2004

Principle duties included customer assistance with finding the right product for the issue. If it turned out to be a technological solution we didn't have on our shelves, some time was spent asking questions and getting answers as to the nature of the problem, what might be a satisfactory solution that would satisfy the customer and then draw up a work order with a price quote if customer requested the work. Since the retail store was a dealer for many other product lines other than Radio Shack/Tandy, often we would explore with the customer other solutions that might fix the problem.

Other duties included repairs, refurbish and resupply stock for future sale. Inventory, shipping and outgoing shipments to customers and business interests was a daily event and the telephone consultation service was also a major responsibility both I and my co-workers took special care in.

I profited from the valued experience I got from being trained on new and cutting edge security products, computer systems and themany telephonic devices available at that time. I also played a role in designing a new rear service and shipping center in the store that greatly improved the efficiency and yet made processing quicker and turnaround time shorter requiring fewer employees.

A great deal of time there was spent in meeting with new customers and forging new friendships as much of what I did was collected from years of experience in various technical experiences as an audio engineer and live concert technician for music shows.

Other skills and talents derived from work in various recording studios and broadcast TV facilities have been very helpful in quickly understanding technical systems and when they malfunction. I worked for a service and repair company doing field repairs and got invaluable training on critical business and print media gear for several news stations.

Most of my best experiences have been in the entertainment industry where performer and technician activities often crossed lines. Trained in technical engineering for media systems, I attended the Sherman Keene Institute and took a associate degree in Recordist Engineer Maintenance I, and was certified to service and operate Ampex and Sculley recording systems.

Today, I have been a principal consultant with Pine Apple Studios, an internet firm specializing in build-to-order venue sound systems and video streaming facilities. I am still very active in my work and look forward to more interesting and unique opportunities going forward.

Education

No Degree - Bachelor of Arts

Skills

Growing up in a mechanically minded family with my mother's dad being at one time the chief maintenance engineer for the Missouri State Department of Transportation, his offices being in Springfield, it was one of my favorite places to go and visit when I was in the city Since the workings of how things operate comes almost second nature, I can often solve small operational issues and larger ones with a little time without any advanced training Similarly, computer systems and operating system languages have been centric to the work I have been doing over the last 4 decades at Pine Apple I think there is a common space where ideas, ingenuity and imagination come together to drive creativity Most of the greater things I have been involved with have been working with a team of like minded colleagues and solving a problem by trial and error The hallmark of the well-seasoned and duly patient technicians I have had the honor to work with are and have been a testament to why i believe in what I do

Accomplishments

In 74 (and counting) years, I could I've done some remarkable and innovative things. Some have been technical, like a music backing track system created and developed to further my professional career as a public musician. Many of the experiences I had in my performance history was usually in the company of other performers in a group or band. In 1986, when I was currently in such an organization, I began to see the options for further dates start to decrease. Businesses that provided food and beverage restaurant services were no longer seen as interested in hiring entertainers as they were a forbidding expense in a very tight business market. As well, costs to remain open and survive rising insurance coverage rates for various alcoholic-related accidents with automobiles and intoxicated drivers.

Fast forward, I spent about 4 years rounding up the available systems I knew I would need to begin programming backing tracks of instrumental-only orchestrations of songs I had performed over the years as either a drummer or bass guitarist. The result, with a great deal of post editing to fix bugs and get the final rendering sounding as good as possible, was something I could perform with that sounded every bit as good as any live musicians could sound, yet, with no one on stage but me and a whole lot of gear! The result was my playing 14 Elks lodge dates, numerous Eagles and VFW clubs with a few

Moose Lodges thrown in the mix. I created an employment opportunity using computer savvy and an imagination that believed that there really were the means to materialize a platform in which I could continue a way of life many of my contemporaries had been forced to leave behind.

Additional Information

The resume I am submitting is a snapshot of what someone who likes challenges and new experiences has to offer in the hopes he can still be a useful and contributing human being. The future I invision may not be as glamorous as some of the adventures I have related so far, but that doesn't necessarily mean (or should be) an indication that desire and ultimatum are the same thing. My goals are just to be useful where I can, try to learn how best to do a new thing and show up on time and ready to do my best.

I would like to add I am a very quick study, even to the point of anticipating an arriving outcome, but not so much that I can't be patient enough to wait for due process to take the time it needs to complete a cycle to maximum fruition.

Should you be interested in me, I will strive to be as capable as possible within the allotted time I may take to reach that goal.

Thank you for this chance to present!
