• During this time I oversaw crews as we rebuilt the main Feeders in Jackson Hole and also rebuilt and installed new infrastructure and backbone on Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. I was able to get new feeders across Snake River that had washed out during high water and also rebuild and armor banks on the Snake River and Buffalo River to protect our Overhead transmission line.

During the winter time while our work was slow, I took Vacation time and worked as a Foreman for Siebert Electric. I worked storms in New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Michigan, Florida, and Texas. This gave me extensive experience working on different systems and for different Utilities. I feel like this has really improved my knowledge and skillset as a Journeyman and also as a leader.

• Monitored incoming contracts and service agreements for correct pricing and information.
• Stored and filed contract documents in orderly, organized systems.
• Drafted, reviewed and revised contracts for accuracy and completeness.
• Tracked contract milestones and updated Management to facilitate project progress.
• During this time I oversaw all contractors working on LVE property, 2 underground wire replacement crews 1 overhead crew and 2 tree trimmers. I also oversaw all ROW operations for Wildfire Mitigation working hand in hand with USDA Forest Service and Grand Teton National Park to widen and increase our ROW. Also I was tasked with taking a crew back to CA to help PG&E on mutual Aid for the winter storms that hit Northern CA where we spent 3 weeks helping change broken poles and fixing downed wire.

• Removed old poles and hardware and replaced with new equipment.
• Worked on both dead and energized lines.
• Maintained solid safety record with no OSHA-recordable incidents.
• Performed maintenance and reconducting work in varied weather conditions.
• In this district I worked on overhead and underground services, also I was able to represent LVE and NRECA international in Carocal Haiti for 3 weeks on a humanitarian mission helping local lineman build new infrastructure. I was also tasked with going out on Mutual Aid for PG&E to Paradise CA in December of 2018 to rebuild the infrastructure after the Camp Fire. We spent 3 weeks there building new 3 phase Delta overhead Lines where the fire had destroyed everything.

During this time I worked as a Journeyman Lineman taking on call and troubleshooting outages in the Jackson area. I covered from the south gate of Yellowstone to Cora Wyoming where we meet up with Rocky Mountain Power Pinedale District.I worked on crews installing new 750 mcm feeders in Jackson and retiring overhead lines. Installing new Primary in subdivisions and doing secondary installations to homes from 200 amp services to 1200 amp services. Also large commercial 3 phase services.

During this time I completed my apprenticeship working on 12470 kV and 24900 KV distribution both overhead and underground. I also worked on our 115 KV and 69 KV Sub transmission line hot sticking
