Developed lesson plans and provided instruction on military customs and courtesies, drill and ceremonies, leadership development, physical fitness training, and character education. Created individualized learning plans for students with special needs or those who required extra assistance with specific topics. Served as a mentor for cadets who were having difficulty with academic or personal issues. Built and strengthened positive relationships with students, parents, and teaching staff. Remained calm and patient in student interactions to support individual growth and development.

Responsible for interactive courseware development and providing technical expertise in aircraft systems maintenance, combat avionics, civil engineering, fuels, vehicle operations, and telecommunications to over 16,300 U.S. military, international military, and civilian Department of Defense personnel annually. Directly supervised the morale, welfare, and effective utilization of approximately 790 Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines, and was the focal point for issues affecting their career enhancement, including promotions, assignments, professional military education, recognition, and standards of conduct.

Senior enlisted advisor to the commander on matters concerning 276 assigned personnel, and oversees training, manpower requirements, and career progression. Also responsible for productivity, professional development, technical training, safety, mobility, spiritual readiness, and good order and discipline. Additionally, I direct daily sortie generation, maintenance actions, and long-term fleet health for 14 assigned C-130J aircraft, supporting intra-theater airlift, operational deployments, joint training exercises, contingencies, POW/MIA repatriation, and humanitarian support missions throughout the Pacific Command Theater.

Implements maintenance policy for over 1,200 Airmen in 16 countries across Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia. Oversaw maintenance training program, delivered training throughout European theater. Led the wing's quality assurance program, defined requirements analyzed trends, provided recommendations for improvement.

Guided 25 Instructors and over 16K training hours while teaching over 1K hours of integrated avionics. Directed resources to meet training needs supporting 32 KC-10 and 13 C-17 aircraft worth over $5 billion dollars. Managed long-term curriculum development, daily lesson planning and test administration.
