- Shoot grade for layout
- Lay out string lines for pool
- Operate excavators and skid steers to dig pool to final grade
- Off haul excess dirt or spread and grade on site
- Depending on the soil engineer testing, sometimes would have to over dig the pool then bring in base rock and compact to ensure stable foundation for pool
- Rough plump the pool/ spas
- Oversee the sub contractors for rebar and concrete
- Before concrete, final plumb the pool and pressurize entire system to ensure plumbing wasn’t damage during concrete
- After concrete, I’d prep the pools for plaster which involves scrapped excess gunnite, installing all pool lights and jets, and prepped for electric pool cover
- Oversee the plaster crew then coordinated water trucks to fill pool after plaster
- Finished plumbing to all the pool equipment
- Hooked up thermal solar for pool heating

- Sandblast boat cabins of boats to prep for zolatone
- Paint interior of boat cabins with two part epoxy primer/ then would spray with zolatone while tacky
