
Assign and distribute debit cards to the clients in a timely manner
Understand and adhere to guidelines in RCA Manual for clients’ eligibility, program length, benefits explanation, sanctioning and appeal policies;
Rotate into all cycles of RCA structure accordingly: Intake-enrollment-Data Entry-Debit card and customer services
Organize and conduct weekly Walk-Ins and Refugees orientations
Assign and distribute debit cards to the clients in a timely manner
Request monthly debit card payments and ensure client’s compliance with employment department
Maintain client’s files in a secure cabinet at all times
Responsible for collecting appropriate income information to determine client eligibility on a routine basis;
Basic understanding of refugee resettlement and ability to review eligibility documentation;
Refer clients to employment department within 30 days of enrollment in RCA Program;
Understand and adhere to disbursement processes, including but not limited to collecting required documentation like vouchers and signed acknowledgment receipts for all enrolled clients;
Responsible for adjusting client payment amounts in conjunction with Texas Refugee Program Refugee Cash and Medical Assistance and Refugee Social Services Provider Manual guidelines;
Understands and implements protocols for sanctioning clients’ financial assistance when appropriate in consultation with the Program Manager;
Responsible for recording clients’ information in the Client Track (CT), within 5 days, New Access Database and submitting electronic reports in monthly basis to Program Manager;
Follow-up with all active RCA clients in a Monthly basis and update services and case notes as needed;
Work closely with all Refugee Department staff and other internal Alliance Programming for referrals;
Responsible for closing client’s cases when completed or for any other valid reason
Review all client documentation and consult with direct supervisor prior to case closure;
Responsible for keeping clients aware of service timeline and send reminder letters with the date of recertification and the date that they will be out of their RCA benefits;
Collect all information from external agencies for secondary migrant clients prior to enrollment;
Maintain Database of RCA clients and update their status on a regularbasis;
Ensure case files are prepared in compliance with funding recommendations
Responsible for confirming eligibility with EOIR and other entities as required;
Complete the timely completion of all reports required by Program Manager;
Attend daily, weekly and monthly department’s meeting;
Communicate all activities, program success and challenges with Program Manager;
Before making any determination, consult with Program Manager;
Attend all TXOR mandatory trainings
Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager
Required Qualifications and experience:
Bilingual (English, Spanish, other Nationalities) required – other languages a plus;
Some college (2-year degree) preferred; 4-year degree a plus;
In lieu of college degrees, at least 3 years’ experience in data management, non-profit settings, and/or other administrative duties accepted;
Professional attitude and appearance;

Solid written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent organization, multitasking and time management skills;
Ability to be compassionate and calm under pressure, resourceful and proactive when issues arise;

High degree of independent judgment, flexibility and problem-solving skills;
Must be eligible for employment in the US;
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
