Provides instructional, behavioral and clerical support to teachers and students in the classroom. Assist in creating a positive and productive learning environment and worked with each individual, small group or entire classroom. Reinforced positive behavior and help managed classroom discipline. Help ensure students with diverse needs receive the guidance and support necessary for academic and social success.

I was responsible for following the lesson plan and instructions left by the classroom teacher. Maintain a safe, respectful and orderly classroom environment. Deliver instructions and facilitate learning activities for students. Provide support and assistance to students with different needs. Report any issues or concern to teachers and necessary staff always doing my best to ensure a positive classroom experience in the absence of the teacher.

Provide early childhood education to prepare children for kindergarten. Help build foundational skills in literacy, math, social development and emotional growth in a nurturing, engaging and safe classroom environment.

Planned and deliver appropriate lessons that support school readiness. Promote growth in children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Created a safe space to nurture and use hands on activities to encourage learning. Communicate with parents and families giving them updates and offering any support necessary. Support health, nutrition and safety standards in the classroom. Treating all kids with love respect and dignity.
