• Combined previous health and benefit plans that enabled the Company to keep cost increases below 3% for 3 consecutive years.
• Developed succession plans for all key leadership roles and helped lead a successful CEO transition.

Directed an HR function that supported over 60,000 employees worldwide.

• Co-led the integration team that created the Wendy's /Arby's Group. That team identified and executed a plan that achieved over $70 million in savings.
• Conducted successful searches for key leadership positions including GC, CMO and Brand President.
• Oversaw the creation of a shared service center in Atlanta.
• HR lead on an Oracle system implementation.
• Created the Human Resources part of the plan that allowed for the successful spin off of Arby's and the relocation of the Wendy's team from Atlanta to Ohio.

Represented and advised clients on all aspects of labor and employment law. Handled cases including Title VII, ADA, ADEA and FMLA causes of action. Also did traditional labor including union campaigns and arbitrations.
