• I am a foreman at Signal Peak Energy. I oversee surface operations following MSHA rules and regulations with a crew of three to four men. Oversee coal from the time it comes out of the mine through the crushing and washing process and all the stockpiles and until it is loaded onto the train. Load trucks with coal with a front-end loader, do smaller dirt projects on the property and have ran haul truck, skid steer, excavator, loader, water truck.

Worked on hand work crew painting crosswalks/stop bars and curbs.

Drove truck with crash pad following striping truck to ensure safety.

Experience with epoxy/paint and thermo painting.

Experience with grinding and sweeping machinery

Assisted with the build of striping/epoxy and grinder trucks in the off season.

Paving/Patching and Overlaying Asphalt jobs of all types

Experience with Dump Truck hauling asphalt and hauling off old materials.

Used Skid Steer to prep for paving and patching jobs and dirt work.

• Supervised daily operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinated workflow among team members to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
