  • Responsible for procurement, management and implementation for all areas of industrial maintenance of the facility including electrical, welding/fabrication and analytical instrumentation
  • Ensures safe and effective and 24 hour operation of all control systems throughout the plant
  • Current role demands strong SCADA and process control competency
  • Extensive experience in designing, procuring, installation, troubleshooting and repair of industrial 480v three phase, single phase and low voltage instrumentation systems including motors, motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, motor controls, process control devices with and without blueprints or drawings while conforming to NEC and OHSA regulations
  • Creation, implementation and management of daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance schedule and inspections based on manufacturers recommendations

  • Assists in the development and execution of OSHA safety regulations including LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, Hot Work, Fall Protection, Respirator, Powered Industrial Mobile Equipment and others as required
  • Committed to maintaining a high level of physical fitness in order to perform safely in adverse conditions i.e., overhead welding in extremely confined spaces, working at high elevations, ability to comfortably lift and move heavy objects, bending, stooping, squatting for long periods of time and working outdoors in the high heat temperatures.
