I’ve been in the construction atmosphere for most of the young adult hood as my dad ran a construction company when I was young so I’m very familiar with all tools and how things work. He’s always pushed me and held me to a higher standard than most others which has pushed me to have a hard work ethic that I am proud of.

As a tower hand our duties mostly consisted of building sites. Putting booms together and hanging radio & antennas on the ground and once fully built I’d climb the tower and rig a rope to hang the booms. Then when finished we,d hang the power and fiber lines and wire them up to the radios up on the tower. I’d also trouble shoot cell sites, along with just general tower stacking from the ground up.
As a Floorhand my responsibilities were to make connections, trip I and out of the hole depending on where we were on operations. Break down or make up the bottom hole assembly. As lead Floorhand I climbed the derrick to make hooks also. I also assisted with casing runs when down with Pooh operation. Servicing the top drive was also a frequent responsibility, checking pressure and fluid levels. Also maintained the upkeep on rig floor tools along with organizing and cleaning the rig floor and the rest of the rig itself
