Summary

My students well-being is always a priority. I make extra effort to ensure that they feel safe and comfortable in the classroom because I know how important that is for students to be ready to learn, therefore, I strive to be highly effective at building rapport. I consider myself a  Paraprofessional possessing exceptional people skills and sensitivity to high school students' needs. I am passionate about making the learning experience a positive one for all students and work to improve school climate so that all students can learn course materials, as well as the social skills they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
 

Work History

02.1753 -
Enhanced lessons using Smart Board technology and computers. Administered minor first aid to injured students. Encouraged students to be understanding of others. Conducted small group and individual classroom activities with students based on differentiated learning needs. Worked with an average of 12 special ed students per class.
