Recruited by TE to start a CNC Lathe Dept. to produce large body electrical connectors for the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Researched and purchased Multi Axis CNC Lathes and B Axis machines. Programming 4 different platforms using Esprit CAM.

Responsible for perishable tooling and tailor made tools. Provide extensive documentation on set up information, tooling, and holder information for every job released to shop floor.
