I am a leader on the Roll Line, I am looked up to by many employees on the work floor in many different areas. I have always had a focus on safety and believe that safety should be the NUMBER ONE GOAL for all employees. I have a good understanding of our production system with in the Extruder, Shipping, Roll Line and Pulp dryer ares.
While I have things to learn, I believe that I also bring something to the table for the other shift supervisors and employees alike.
