I have thirteen years of leadership experience between Bimbo Bakeries and Sam's Club. By working my way up through both companies, I have held lots of different positions and have learned a lot about the DSD and retail business. I started my time with Bimbo Bakeries as a Route Rider, ran several different routes as a Route Sales Professional, moved up as a Territory Sales Manager, moved into a Market Sales Leader position and most recently an Operations Sales Leader. By working my way up i have learned a lot about how to run a successful business. I have been a part of several projects including the first Large Format structure in the company taking Casey's to a direct to DC delivery and spearheaded and built a new training program for new Route Sales Professionals. I am hard working, devoted and will do what it takes to get the job done. I am a leader who focuses on safety and people first and by making that the priority I can successfully grow my people and my business.
At Sam's Club I worked my up from an overnight stocker to an Assistant Manager and held all the Assistant Manager positions in the club. I worked as an Assistant Manager for six years at two different clubs. I was directly over 50 associates and 150 indirectly.
