  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and manage the status for a fleet of 45 semi-trucks, 55 bulk & vac trailers, varies of drilling rig surface rental equipment along with the shipping of oilfield equipment as well as keeping track of maintenance and equipment service
  • Supervise, schedule job task, and lead a team of 12 people to provide the best customer service we can
  • Managed oilfield rental equipment, job locations, and status for the following; 480v 3 phase Skid mount Pressure washers, Screen cleaners, 15 bbl Vacuum Units, and managed offshore drilling rig cleaning projects.
  • Communicate to superiors with ongoing projects/capital expenditures for timelines and completion dates
  • Manage inventories of approximately $250K, kept up-to-date inventories for parts and supplies and keep up to date software for diagnostic equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance with service vendors and project builds and refurbishments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create buy sell analysis for equipment to efficiently upgrade the fleet when necessary
  • Created quality control procedures for proper inspection of equipment
  • Manage and renew documents for the fleet, permits, IFTA, IRP, insurance, and yearly registrations
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors for cost savings and product delivery
  • Electronically file work orders and inspection reports for each job task completed for each month
  • Order all the necessary parts to keep in inventory and for scheduled repairs in the most cost efficient way, and issue capital expenditures
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics NAV daily for parts/material inventories with use of Maximo
  • Store work orders electronically for completed jobs and issue purchase orders for parts & supplies ordered with proper department codes and asset numbers for maintenance department throughout the company
