• Help with setting up and tear down of the Farmers Market for around 10 of those including their big event Harvest Moon
• Helped as a team lead while volunteering to make sure other volunteers work safely and with a teamwork spirit while having fun to make the events successful.

As a Learning Ambassador, I have helped with onboarding new hires. My team and I had to make sure the new hires were nicely welcomed, trained, and coached on the policies and procedures, like safety. During their training and even when they graduate from the Behind The Smile orientation program, we give them hands-on support and feedback to help them improve quickly in their roles by using audits and physical assessments.

I am currently serving at the Amazon Safety Committee, and with this role we work with leadership to identify and resolve any potential safety hazards like Harzmart, improper ergonomics and near misses that lead to injuries, improper 5s and not using correct PPE. In this committee we also use Audits to give feedback to Associates and to identify any safety concerns.

Cluster Captain is another role that i have gotten a lot of experience with. In this position, we work as a team of leadership and associates in a group of clusters to ensure smooth flow of packages in that area. I have loved this position personally because it has helped me be innovative, creative, think critically with guidance of leadership to ensure the associates are safe, and giving out a good quality of their work. I have always also encouraged teamwork a lot in this position

I have have gotten Traffic Control and Gate Keeping experience through working with the Process Assistants. Here, I have learnt to emphasize on team work, good communication and Safety to ensure that the dispatch process of the drivers go smoothly, safely and timely.

During my almost two year working experience in Amazon I have worked in different other paths like Stowing, Pick to Buffer, Straightening, Jam Clearing, Problem Solve, Load Out/Picking, Jackpot clearing, driver assist, Bag Reset, I.T.S.U., Building Reset, Diverting, Pushing, Inducting, Water-spider, and Unloading of Packages onto the conveyor Belt
