I am a seasoned law enforcement supervisor with extensive investigative, leadership, and program management experience within the United States Marshals Service (USMS). I have completed advanced leadership and human performance training, including the Supervisory Leadership Development (SLD), Leadership Through Understanding Human Behavior (LTUHB-M), and High-Risk Fugitive Apprehension – Human Performance (HRFA-HP) courses. I hold a Post-Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Criminology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and I have maintained a Top-Secret security clearance since 2017.

I have served as a Supervisory Deputy United States Marshal, directing and overseeing operational and administrative functions at both the district and division levels. In these roles, I managed complex operational programs, developed policy, administered budgets, and allocated critical resources in support of USMS mission requirements. I exercised full supervisory authority over Deputy U.S. Marshals and administrative personnel, including workforce planning, work assignment and review, performance management, discipline, and employee development.

I planned and directed investigative and operational assignments that were long-range and adaptable to rapidly changing exigencies. I ensured investigations were conducted in compliance with USMS policies and completed within established deadlines. My supervisory responsibilities included setting priorities, assigning work based on mission requirements and employee capabilities, resolving complaints, managing disciplinary actions, and identifying training needs to improve overall performance and effectiveness.

Throughout my career, I have represented the USMS at high-level interagency meetings and worked closely with DOJ stakeholders, Executive Assistant United States Attorneys, and partner agencies. I am frequently relied upon as a subject matter expert to provide investigative guidance on complex criminal and civil matters. My leadership experience, investigative expertise, and proven ability to manage personnel and programs have prepared me to successfully perform as an Assistant Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal (ACDUSM).
