Provide Members with all Medicaid Renewal Information to ensure successful Medicaid Renewal completion. Assist Members with PCP Changes, Demographic changes, Member Handbook request, Member ID Card replacements, Member Health Risk Assessments, PCP & Specialty Care Searches.
Started Hemodialysis in May 2013. Received a Kidney Transplant in November 2018. Released to return to the workforce in 2022.
