I am looking for a start in a company with a good work environment that will utilize the various skills I have learned over the years. I have learned a lot in the previous jobs and have essentially rebuilt my home. I am hoping when I find a job it will be with a company that has room for expansion and will be around for years to come.

Job consist of work orders, emergency work orders, appliance repair, sprinkler systems, and general maintenance repair. Also spent time in vacates painting, cleaning and repairs as needed. Also spent a lot of time with lock training classes and was in charge of the lock team.

Job duties were to delegate work orders to the crew, also manage projects such as remodels and residential facilities, and all of the commercial properties, a total of nine properties. I was in charge of ordering supplies and dealing with vendors.

My job duties consisted of painting, door replacement and any other jobs that need to be done, pressure washing and also helping out with our sister properties as well. Overall, general apartment maintenance.

My job was to fix and repair any problems that arise throughout the company. I worked on both residential and commercial buildings, from plumbing, electrical, painting, and etc. I also help with some of the janitorial work, as well.
