I led a team of up to 12 employees for 6 out of 8 years. I utilized skills to drive profits and pursue customer acquisition. Throughout this time I managed inventory, followed and created budgets, and processed payroll for the company. During my time as a small equipment operator I learned and developed skills with handheld equipment over a wide variety of jobs sites. The crew I was on was responsible for doing a variety of roadway maintenance including asphalt patching, bridge repair, debris removal, ditch clearing, and pipe clearing. Currently as a Shop Assistant, my responsibilities include providing customers with fittings and hydraulic hose replacements following precise measurements and specifications. I am also required to disassemble and replace or repair components for hydraulic cylinders. This includes having knowledge of hydraulic systems and the effect it can have on moving parts. I tend to learn new processes quickly and work in a safe manner, and I am always eager to learn a new skill or solution to a problem.
