As the people manager I make our weekly schedule. I give employee reviews, raises, and new roles to perform. I also terminate former employees and onboard new employees.

As an associate manager I handle cash daily, depositing money and make sure everything is in the safe. I also ensure operations are excellent and both employees and guests are enjoying our high restaurant standards.

• I cut the pizzas and organize the orders making sure everything is timely and food safe to help make the customer enjoy their meal. I help my coworkers if they need any assistance by rotating around the store and seeing what I can do to help. I take calls if a customer has a complaint or issues with their order. When I am not a shift leader I am a delivery driver and I consider myself the best at work but I always want to improve.

• I served tables confidently to earn tips and service the food to the best of my abilities and performing food safe skills to better my service. I worked both day and night shifts and enjoyed large parties of guests. I worked only for a month as a bartender there before I decided to work as a delivery driver.
