Coordinate crews of operators and riggers for various lifts and insure safe rigging/operating practice preformed in a timely and efficient manner. Work with SPMT crews for concrete pile transport from barge to lay down yard. Read, understand, and configure cranes to carryout Engineered Lift Plans. Keep crews in compliance with JHA's and safe work practice. Keep track of man hours, cost codes, and equipment used to preform tasks in a cost efficient maner. Coordinate truck and trailers, forklifts, and hysters with procurement for first off load and transport to proper destination. Coordinate with other rigging supervisors to have efficient man power where needed. Communicate with superintended for proper look ahead and plan future work.

Escort and setup cranes for lifts. Locate and layout crane pads and set crane mats in proper place. Assemble/disassemble lattice boom cranes, reeving blocks, erect and dismount jibs on R-T cranes. Coordinate load/unload and transport heavy material and equipment using SPMT .Conducted frequent safety evaluations on rigging equipment.
