• Fabricated custom signs.
• Collaborated with coworkers in the installation and production of signs.

My job at Adventures by the Sea consisted of:

• Conversing with customers in a professional manner.
• Tackling a number of inbound calls whilst maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Managing different shop locations single handily on multiple occurrences.
• Safely instructing customers on safety procedures and correct instructions on navigating the equipment (kayaks, paddleboard, bikes, e-bikes, surreys, and other miscellaneous equipment).
• Closing and Opening multiple shops on time.
• Handling cash and credit card reports for closing and opening procedures.
• Learning effective water rescue skills in case of water emergency or person in need of help.
