- Usually ran the mixer in material prep.
- Was signed off to run every machine in material prep.
- Machines included: OV and Trans slicer use to cut pepperoni with. Urschels used to cut block cheese up and logs of ham. Webers used to cut sandwich slices of ham, turkey and beef and went inside another machine that cut them into even thinner slices. Mixers used to mixed up all the ingredients and sauce together to mesh the materials inside of the products.
- Led my team during wash down events and ensuing that everyone had a role to that needed to be accomplished during the wash down.
- Communicated with proper channels when needed whether it was the sauce room to see if sauce was ready or shipping to bring in more product for the item we are running or for change over after the wash down is over.
- Filled out daily paperwork. Paperwork included what recipe we was running, how many batches we made in the shift, how much the weight of each individual ingredient was in that particular batch, the time of when the batch was completed, temperature of the batch and when the batch was unloaded into the screw conveyor.
