Over all aspects of the completions / drill outs operations on location. Was able to safely and effectively work on both single well operations as well as SimOP’s with up to six wells being active at one time. Working knowledge of WellView, Well Drive, WellEZ, and can effectively work with Excel. Great working relationship with engineers, superintendents, and HSQE personnel. Below is a list of consulting experience.

• Drill outs with Stand Alone Snubbing units, Coil Tubing units, both Conventional and Automated Workover rigs

• Salt System Drill outs for wells that had no backside help from the well

• Setting packers both on tubing and wireline

• Running and pulling production tubing with Stand Alone Snubbing units, Rig assist, and both Conventional and Automated Workover Rigs

• Running Gas Lift Valves, ESP’s and Bottom Hole Gauges

• Fished Coil Tubing and stick pipe utilizing proper kill fluids and snubbing units

• Designed the proper BOP stack for high pressure wells • Running slick line to set and pull plugs and shift downhole tools

• Designed and started the Stand Alone Snubbing unit Drill out program.

• Setting plugs during frac operations.

• Calling fracks remotely from the office. (Frac experience is extremely limited)

• P&A wells in the Jal New Mexico area

• Hot tapping wells and welding patches on surface casing

Operated and was a tool pusher on a workover rig. Successfully completed numerous drill outs, workovers, tubing installs. Was responsible for entire crew, three pumps, lay down machine, snubbing unit, tool string, and BHA’s. Coordinated with company man, HSQE, engineers as well as superintendent to make sure all jobs were completed safely. Inspected and maintained equipment and associated parts to prevent advanced safety or performance issues. Maintained rig safely with dedicated monitoring and oversight strategies, Managed personnel and activities to set up workover rigs for efficient, safe operations, Assessed rig operations regularly Ito identify and compliance or performance issues.

Started my career as a SSE on a rig assist working my way up to Senior Supervisor on both rig assist and stand alone snubbing units. Worked on Rig Assist from 50K to 170K and Stand Alone units from 150K to 300K. Was able to work hand and hand with all service lines on location as well as successfully working with the company man and engineers. Below is list Snubbing experience.

• Snubbing in/out drill strings, production strings and casing.

• Snubbing in/out a variety of downhole tools.

• Fishing Coil tubing, stick pipe, and downhole tools.

• Rigging up on Drilling rigs to snub in/out kill strings.

• Worked on numerous high pressure jobs reaching upwards of 13,500 psi.

• Worked numerous wells that were dead and we had to utilize N2 or Salt System.

• Frac through the Snubbing unit due to how shallow the wells were.

• Numerous workovers on wells all over U.S.

• Numerous long lateral 75-100 plug drill outs

Well Control:

All my well control work was done with Cudd Well Control and Cudd Pressure Control. Below is list of Well Control experience.

• Above and Below ground blowouts.

• Freeze jobs using dry ice. Froze frat values and tubing.

• Hot Tap tubing, TIW valves, plug valves, and surface and intermediate lines.

• Gate valve drill outs, drilling frac valves and night caps. • Changing out BOP’s on wells that were blowing out with pressures up to 10,000psi.

• Circulating kicks out on drilling rigs.

• Well Control First Responder for my district.

• Installing wellhead equipment and BOP’s on wells that are blowing out.

Management:

District manager of two Snubbing yards that consisted of 75 plus employees and 15 plus million dollars in assets. Scheduled crews for each job, handled all payroll, expensive, and P&L’s. Kept all maintenance reports on equipment up to date. Ordered all supplies needed for the district. Made sure all employees were up to date on all safety classes. Communicated with company man, engineers and HSQE to ensure all jobs were performed in a safe and efficient manner
