- Grew up with an older sister who is blind, mostly nonverbal, and mentally/physically impaired so I initially began work with CDS any time I got the opportunity to take care of her
- Further deepened my experience in this field by aiding 2 other special needs individuals by assisting in everyday activities such as personal care, feeding, outings, parental respite, and medical appointments
