My job as lead maintenance technician involves keeping all production equipment in working order making any repairs as needed, electrical, mechanical pneumatics,hydraulics. Can mig,tig and stick weld in almost any condition. Pipe fittings, threading welding. Have experience in high and low voltage electrical systems, troubleshooting plc systems. Setting up and monitoring high voltage induction heaters, programming and making the necessary adjustments to support production. Working with hydraulic pumps valves from 1000 psi to 6000 psi systems. Certified to operate forklift, scissor lifts, any boom lifts jlg genie. Have experience with rigging and lifting with overhead cranes.

Working with robots, adjusting positions homing. Setting up and adjusting tooling machining using ebdmills, laths, precision grinders. Can mig ,tig. Stick weld in almost any condition. Have experience fabricating and making anything needed to support production.
