Focusing on staffing, customer relations, service, safety, profit maximization, lane pricing, and P&L analysis on a total book of business worth 35 million dollars in revenue .
Managed and maintained all the logistics needs of three Dollar Tree/Family Dollar Distribution centers which comprised of 4 on-site employees and 89 company drivers. Ensured that all daily activities/duties were followed and aligned with customer needs. Responsible for all training and staffing needs for each location as well lane anaylsis and opimization for any additional capacity needed during peak season(s).
Worked simultaneously with the Operations Manager, Planning Manager and Fleet Managers to ensure all assets were utilized at full capacity and all customer lanes were satisfied. Responsible for handling all new hire training, driver orientation and recruiting responsibilities as well as customer relations pertaining to assigned accounts.
