I have been working in kitchens continuously for 6 years now, as well as another couple of year intermittently before that; doing everything from dishes to food prep and line cooking. My passion and joy is making food. Has worked a kitchen line single-handed and as part of a team. Does well in both situations. I wont claim to know everything, but I'm willing to learn what I don't.
I have also done occasional Bartending over the years, while out of practice, I pick things up fairly quick and am always willing to learn proper skills and technique for any job.
