- I've worked with Box Elder County Sheriffs for a little over 3 years now. In those 3 years, I joined the SRT Team, became an ICE Shield Trainer for the SRT Team, and I am an FTO.
I am always willing to help out and cover shifts when needed to help out other crews.
- While working, I've grown my knowledge and skills to be able to help out and run crews, and be the OIC when needed.
- While working here, I've dealt with Use of Forces, Write-ups, Bookings, and Enforcing Policies and Procedures. I am able to scan and assess the situations and de-escalate while keeping officer safety a priority, while also keeping the inmate safe.
