I was taught Transmission and Engine rebuilding by two of the most experienced Transmission builders in Northwest Arkansas Phillip Grubbs and John Grubbs with nearly 100 years of Automotive experience between them. I also have 9 years of Fleet mechanic experience with heavy duty box trucks and flatbed vehicles.
I have experience with Microsoft office keeping track of purchase orders and logging in shipments from multiple manufacturers, coordinating Temporary and Full time workers (up to ten at a time) on large commercial jobsites(University of Arkansas/Lindsey Apartments/Regional Hospitals/Joplin Power Company/Fedex warehouses).

Fleet Mechanic Duties:
Diagnoses potential vehicle malfunctions for the purpose of determining needed vehicle repairs and/or replacements.
