  • I serve as the Weapons Sergeant for a Special Forces Operational Detachment-Alpha (SFOD-A) that conducts Special Operations in the Pacific Theater. I am the tactical advisor to the detachment leadership; I train, supervise, and lead indigenous personnel up to company level in small unit tactics and weapons training. I employ and maintain U.S. and foreign small arms, light and heavy crew-served direct and indirect weapons, anti-aircraft, and anti-armor weapons.
  • I coordinate organic and supporting fire power, coordinate standard and non-standard air delivery, airborne operations, and air-ground operations. I am responsible for the accountability, maintenance and issuance of over 25 assigned detachment weapons and over $1,100,000 worth of equipment. I maintain proficiency in target language to conduct training and key leader engagements overseas. I maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalize Information (TS-SCI) security clearance.

Possess over six years of experience handling and operating firearms in high-risk environments, with extensive training in weapons safety and proficiency. More than two years of experience conducting systematic vehicle searches and clearance operations, as well as searching and detaining individuals in accordance with established procedures.
