Primarily driving hydro seeding tank trucks on rough terrain to apply various materials on newly graded plots of land; including.

• Seed (K31, bermuda, millet, rye, sericea, korean)

• Fertilizer

• Hydro Mulch (FlexTerra, 50/50 Mulch, Wood Mulch)

Regular maintenance of the hydro seeders has to be checkededed per week which includes all fluids, repairs, and cleaning. Other duties include application of matting, straw covering, baffles/wattles, and silt fence.

Primarily responsible for the installation of gate operator systems, including mounting concrete pads, installing operators, running all electrical wiring and conduit, and proper labeling of components.

• Installation and maintenance of telephone entry access systems, specifically working with brands such as Open Tec and PDK.

• Perform service calls for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining both new and existing gate operator and access control systems.

• Reviewed architectural plans, blueprints, and/or on-site measurements to determine materials and labor required.

• Provided accurate, timely pricing estimates

• Curated custom shower doors, panels, and glass walls

• Measured custom wire and laminate shelving systems

• Designated bathroom hardware (door handle sets, knobs, door stops, robe hooks, etc.)

• Custom-cut mirrors

• Communicated with vendors and suppliers for up-to-date pricing on materials and accessories.

• Utilized estimating software (or company CRM) to prepare formal quotes for clients.

• Coordinated with project managers and installation teams to ensure seamless handoff of information.

• Followed up with clients to answer questions, provide clarification, and update estimates if required.

• Maintained a database of historical pricing and quotes for future reference and improvement.
