Responsible for conducting site visits at various DME and Pharmacy locations across the US. During site visits verifies and validates supplier compliance with The Compliance Team accreditation quality standards, in addition to required Federal and local state laws. Perform on-site surveys to verify and validate supplier compliance with EPP DMEPOS and Pharmacy Quality Standards.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day healthcare retail operations and employees, as well as supervising the DME intake department. This includes managing inventory control, warehouse operations, ensuring timely delivery of medical equipment, scheduling employees, managing overtime as necessary, purchasing inventory, maintaining industry standards for compliance regarding equipment and processes, handling patient complaints, creating and managing workflows to enhance day-to-day operations and keep tasks moving efficiently with minimal interruption to clients and/or employees.
This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of the DME (durable medical equipment) department. This includes managing the warehouse, coordinating pick-up and delivery, purchasing equipment, and controlling inventory. Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations, and agency policy, while delivering exceptional service to pediatric patients and their families.
