Currently at Hy-vee as the assistant meat manager, do things like ordering, stocking, cutting of meat, some computer work, and make sure logs are up to date. Skills are dependable and learn new skills.
I currently do the ordering, pricing, cutting of meat, fill shelves, logs, and make sure the meat department runs smoothly.
I was in charge of a crew of around 12-15 people. I made sure the dairy, frozen, and grocery departments were stocked. I did a little ordering and pricing but mostly organizing the back room and telling the crew what needed done.
