I am in charge of storage, maintenance, and repair of tooling to be used in forging hammers and presses.

My department also prepares tooling to be ran in the forging hammers and presses based on a schedule that is created by production.

I also train new employees for my department.

Assembled, and repaired Jobs to be ran in forging hammers and presses.

Used measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. Used blueprints to make and repair tooling when needed.

Operated manual machining equipment such as mills, lathes and large drill presses. Can also weld using Stick welding and MIG welding equipment.

Had to grind and polish forging dies to maintain quality parts while the tooling was in production.

Installed new fans, grain circulation systems, grain legs, and other various items.

Constructed new bins, poured concrete, and ran new electrical.

Dismantled old grain bins for scrap and relocation.

Preformed maintenance on grin bins for farmers during the winter.

Drove different off road construction vehicles.
